I'm fine with it...got a sweet set up just for gun season....but I'll be hunting with my bow! I let the orange armies just slide all the deer right into the spot

I will be one person pushing deer. I push them around and then get in front of them, effectively pushing them to myself...

Need to get some more bow hunting in before I am ready for gun. Same here - I'm going for down KY's ML weekend but I still want more bow time before the guns come out.

I love bow hunting but I am always chomping at the bit for the opening weekend of firearms season when I can take the longer &/or thick cover shots that I had to pass on with a bow.

Not yet but gaining on it. The reamer for my 350 JR JUST got shipped yesterday, overnight.
Another week or so till our rifles are on the way. Everything set to load but need more primers, then it's time to work up some loads.
NORMALLY, bow seasson is my "biggie" but physical issues and all the time in preparation and putting together things for this wildcat kinda got me out of the mood for bow season.
Good luck and God Bless to all Steve

As much as I love bow season, NOTHING gets me jacked up more than the gun opener...if I'm still looking for a buck, that is.

IMO The best time to be in the woods is the 1st 10 days of November.
The Rut is usually going on very good during the 1st 10 days of November, the Deer are often less pressured then also.

I am eager to take my 450 bushmaster into the deer stand for the first time, but lots of good bow hunting is still left.
