Corn is gone to my north and east, still in the field to the west. I've found a spot deeper in the woods and I'm high enough to see into a bedding area and overlooking a small open flat where 7 trails intersect. Entry and exit will be my biggest challenge next to keeping calm enough to close the deal.

I may not get to hunt this year. It depends on if they get the corn in in time.

Western Kentucky (Trigg County).
Then I will hunt a few other counties and places in western Kentucky, then I will come to Indiana in November for a few days.

40 yards for my house in a bunch of oaks. Best season I have seen here for the white oaks.

Went for a small hike in Jackson/Washington yesterday w/the family and the acorns were pelting us the whole time! Lots of big white oak acorns for sure.
I won't be hunting till the weekends I don't work and that will probably be later October...good luck everyone.

Miami county, where I always hunt opening 3 days of bow. Will stay at the "crib" ( old corn crib) and enjoy God's outdoors and some fresh air sleeping. Have my strategy planned out,now the weather has to cooperate LOL
