Looks yummy.
I had the parents and my sisters family over earlier for some bbq chicken and all the fixins.
It was so hot I wasn't sure if I needed the grill or not.
Hope you have had a nice Memorial Day weekend.

A "boneless" rib? Wouldn't that be a steak?

Smoked a rack of St Louis style ribs and a pork butt today for the wife and my dad. Pretty tasty.

Cooked two T-bones (rare treat) on the grill Saturday night for me and the wife. Had homecoming, decoration, at church on sunday and man oh man was there some good stuff there. Homecoming/decoration at the old family church this coming weekend. Probably have 60 family over for Saturday BBQ @ 2:00. I will be running two grills at the same time. Then to my 1st cousins property on the creek @ 7:00 for another family reunion with deer/pork/beef cooked under the ground along with multitudes of fixings. Nephew and his wife and 4 year old from Jeff, Indiana should be at the house on Friday. Can't beat God, family, and good cooking all going on at the same time!!!! T

Woody-you do know those boneless ribs would have been much better over a charcoal fire don't you?? ;D I'll be doing a hog for a graduation party for two of my nephews this weekend. It's been a couple of years since I've done one but I think I'll muddle through it just fine. I've never kept track but have probably done at least 20 in that many years... Now if the thunderstorms will just stay away! One of the last hogs I smoke/roasted was for our neighbors wedding-had planned on doing it on-site but ended up setting the cooker up in my polebarn....talk about nasty storms!!!! At one point I had the hair on my head standing up when lightening hit the grove of trees right behind the polebarn

A "boneless" rib? Wouldn't that be a steak? These were boneless pork loin back ribs from Sams at $2.58 a pound ( that's cheap) . Marinated all night in Webers chipotle . Hot heat seared on each side for about 5 minutes. sealed in a foil pouch with a half can of coke poured over each slab. Cook on low heat (200 degree) for one hour. Unwrap and slather with Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Bar B Q sauce. Rewrap and cook for 45 minutes more over low heat . Unwrap, slice and eat. You can cut them with a fork.
