I have had some like that before, but this years was just a pass through the neck. I would love to get a .32 to hunt with.

I've always heard of just hitting the tree/limb right by their head, "barking" I think. Has anyone ever done this? Got a couple of SP's to unload and just hate to waste a good load but don't like tearing treerats up like that.

I have a scar from "barking" a squirrel when I was 16.... thought it was dead until I stuck another squirrel in my pouch and came out with a squirrel attatched to the webbing between my thumb and forefinger. It took a while to shake him off....LOL.

I shot a rabbit with a friends T/C Omega a couple years back at 10 yards or so. It made a serious mess!

I shot three out of a hickory this year and lay them on a stump by the two track in the woods. I walked on down in the woods and shot two more and came back to pick up the three on the stump and to my surprise one of them came back to life and started to run off. I had to shoot him again. I was glad I hadn't put them into my vest! h.h.
