Yea I'm pretty excited about it but it will be awhile before it's finished and ready to shoot, there's a 12-14 week wait for the barrel. If I see out a Blue Creek I'll let you take it for a test ride.

629, I like the colors on that laminate. As it's shown in the pic, have you put it on a scale?
My ML-I is too heavy to carry around all day with the laminate stock, but my ML-II is now wearing that same barrel and is my spot-n-stalk go to gun. RB bedded that one (action only) and added the 3rd Pillar. I gotta keep that one! It has a tupperware stock, but the magazine box is filled and stiffened.

It weighs 10-8 w/o the bi-pod. Ouch.....hate to carry that one around. I shot the very first 45 PacNor Savage that was built and it shot a 5 shot 1" group at 200 yards using 60 grain of H4198 and 200 grain Barnes with harvester blue sabot. Schoolmaster on here owns it now. h.h.
