Saw a spike tonight for 2nd time his rear leg's are totally white from hoof to knee. (Both Leg's) and he has 1 white 4 inch circle just below his front shoulder on his left leg. The rest of him is normal. Question is if he live's to breed next year can we expect to see these trait's passed on ?? Will they get more prominent???

That would be cool to see. Freind had a full body mount of one from Kentucky. Would love to see them make a comeback.

There is definitely a genetic link. I am unaware of any reproductive advantage or disadvantage associated with this coloration. I can't see a reason why the trait would increase or decrease in a wild herd, assuming hunters don't treat them differently than other deer.
Seneca Military Base in New York is known for its herd of "white" deer. These are not albinos. There were some that were fenced in, and only brown deer were allowed to be shot for quite a few years. Now there's a good heard of white ones.
