any one have one?i got a heck of a deal on one today .really thought i would buy a glock but this gun just felt better in the hand.i had not shot a semi auto in many years ,but all my shots where real low,i had to aim high to get it on the target at about 10 feet.i was shooting real cheap ammo so now im wondering if it was the gun ,ammo or i was that bad off, anyone have any pointers or advise?

, my M&P9C shoots pretty well point of aim. Were you shooting instinctive? Being that close perhaps you were, if so changing to one of the other back straps could help that.

focus on the front site, when shooting. Shooting low is usually a sign of anticipating the gun going boom.

My brother got a new taurus pocket pistol .380 and I shot it last weekend. The first thing I noticed was that how long the trigger pull was on it. All of my shots were going low with it as well. With the longer trigger pull, I was slightly tilting the muzzle downwards as I was pulling the trigger. With that in mind really focusing the front sight and on a slow steady trigger pull I was able to pull the shots back up to where they were supposed to be. In my case I needed to focus on the fundamentials.

yep,im finding out alot of the way i was shooting was flawed so after some correction's i can now place my shot's within a paper plate at 10 yrd.s. I also found it doesn't care much for 155 and 165 grain ammo.

Speer Gold Dots, Remington Golden Sabers, Federal Tactical & HST, and Rangers all tested well so you have plenty of 180's to choose from.
