Spring turkey cleaning workshops -----------------------------------
Learn how to process and prepare wild turkey at one of four spring workshops sponsored by Purdue Cooperative Extension Service and the National Wild Turkey Federation.
The programs feature turkey cleaning and cooking demonstrations by Purdue extension service instructors.
Each workshop will also address food safety and handling procedures, as well as turkey hunting with kids.
All programs start at 6 p.m. local time and the workshop fee is $5. There is no charge for children aged 12 and under.
