I sent him an e-mail after he voted for Sotomayer, telling him that I had voted for him consistently, but after that he would never, ever get my vote or support again. He has fallen into to Robert Byrd category for several years now, he has been in DC for so long, he has forgotten where he came from.

Time for him to pack his bags and get out of Washington DC.

The Indiana farmers & landowners I know don't have much use for him either considering he is a so-called farm boy that has turned his back on his bring-up-n's. Yup! It's time for him to hit the road.

Another good example of why term limits are needed. The mist that rises off the Potomac over in DC will, over time, impact all of 'em!

Liberals have been dumping a fresh batch of Kool-Aid into the Potomac every morning for years.

Yep, and it seems like the conservative immunity wears off after a few years!

When a pol no longer serves the interests of those whom he represents then his time is over.

Lugar raised my ire when he voted for the so called assault weapon ban. Since then he has voted solidly anti gun. He was one of only two Republicans to vote against the nation wide concealed carry bill a few years ago. His vote was what caused the bill to fail. Since that time he's supported both of Obama's activist supreme court nominees, and has wasted no time publicising his support for them. It's as if he can't wait to show his conservative base that he's gone off the deep end. We need a common man who represents the values of Indiana as our representative in the Senate. Not a RINO like we now have. It's time to put him on the unemployment roles.
