I'm officially Grandpa now. Joshua Shoemaker; 8Lbs and 19". No pic's yet. She had a C Section this moning and both are doing well. The boy looks like his daddy.

Funny you should mention that; his daddy has a 22lr for him - I was thinking a 357Mag carbine might be a useful next one......... ah the joys of corrupting spoiling starting out a young one - even if it is years down the road it still is fun to think about. I told my girls they couldn't have kids until I was over 50 but after that it wouldn't bother me so I'm OK with that part Hux.

I have a buddy from high school who's daughter is starting medical school.
I have a 3 year old.

Dave, like I told you on the phone today- congratulations! Take care of your daughter- I know from my wife's experience that C-sections can be a somewhat long recovery.
