An all season tag would be your one buck of the year, with any weapon that was in season.

Yes there is no reason that the DNR could give that would ever show the need for more than one tag of either sex until its filled despite what season or wepon is being used until it is filled it should be good all season either sex.

The three different buck tags (archery, general firearms and muzzleoader) is left over from the two buck limit (one with archery and one with a firearm) needs to be chanegd IF we stay with a One Buck Rule...which looks like we will.

A little birdie told me that the OBR may be on its way out as it has become a stumbling block for retiring the successful buck hunters that would likely take a second one and usually a doe while the wait for the better buck is ensuing through gun season. And there "will " be a TBR trial as was promised. Just remember this in about 3 years ok . Nuff said

If we are staying OBR, the multiple buck tags no longer make sense....
If the DNR makes any changes I hope they read our imput BEFORE they make up their minds this time.

i'd venture to guess IF they go with one tag, then they will also screw the works up even more with a huge price increase to make up the difference......and they can't figure out why they aren't killing enough deer?

Yes there is no reason that the DNR could give that would ever show the need for more than one tag of either sex until its filled despite what season or wepon is being used until it is filled it should be good all season either sex. The reason is obvious - loss of revenue. They just prefer not to mention it.

being from out of state i would love to see an all season tag. i simply cant afford 450 for three buck tags and only be able to kill one buck. at least in states like illonois where there are buck tags for the season you can kill multiple bucks, more bucks for your buck there
