Always. Adjustable grunt tube for both does & bucks. Deer are actually very vocal year around...

Anymore, with the setups ...no calling or rattling or scents whatsoever...

I sometimes keep a mouth turkey call when I am still hunting, and when I make a noise I didn't mean to make... or am moving a little faster... I will make small soft turkey calls. I dunno if it helos or not, but it makes me feel better, and I kill deer like that so it doesn't HURT.
I am a meat hunter though... so I kill a lot of does.

Deer are actually very vocal year around... They certainly are! Should have heard the "Bellow" from the Buck I got. If someone not familiar with Buck or Deer noises, and heard it, it would have scared the "crap" out of them. ;D
