The lady where we get our deer processed told us about a huge 29 in. inside spread 12 pointer killed in Posey Co. Has anyone heard about or seen this monster? Correction... Picked up our deer from the processer today (28th) and got the facts straight. The hunter was from Mt Vernon, but the deer was killed near Carmi Ill.. There was a picture of the monster on the wall. It looked a lot like the Rampola buck. I don't doubt that it was close to 29 in. I'm sorry I didn't get my facts straight the first time.

My taxidermist has a 12 pointer that was killed in Posey county by a doctor that grosses in the 190's. It's probably 20" wide.
