It's the last week of October and no one talking about the Rut. I'm leaving this weekend for my yearly trip to Indiana and usually by this time I can come on here and read about rutting activity and Bucks pushing Does and all kinds of post that gets me excited about my trip. This year there's been very few.I guess it's going to be a late Rut. I 've been watching the weather and it appears to be warm and wet. Hopefully the Rutting Activity will pick pretty quick. Good Luck to all.

Up here it is the witching hour that gets the rut going. Halloween is the kick off.
You'll hit it about right.

Seen a small eight harassing does this morning, they wanted nothing to do with the little guy. Seen a big ten yesterday and this morning and he is definetly in the search mode.

Nov 2 is the Next Full Moon, (I think), and that whats trips the trigger, I have a buddie that hunts in Fulton Co, and he says there up and searching hard Now. So i guess it depends on your location.
