How many of y'all make Snack Sticks?
I'm talking 1/2" or smaller "sausages" like "Slim Jims'".
Do you use Collagen casings, or is there a decent grind/method for keeping the sticks ftomfalling apart?
After do 60-odd lbs of jerkey I've got to do about 50lbs of sticks...

I made snack sticks for the first time this year. They were very simple and I used collagen casings.
