Shouldn't be a problem if everyone will pick up for themselves. Hope it doesn't rain and make mud!
The trailer is on a well, so if you don't want to drink that water, you might bring bottle water. It is good water but some people don't like a change.
We may have to stagger shower times to conserve hot water for everyone.

Do we know how many people total there is ? Not sure yet. It could be as many as 25 total people. Of course we might have a few last minute drop outs.

Signage at shower PLEASE CONSERVE HIOT WATER FOR EVERYONE
1) Turn on shower - get wet.
2) Turn off shower - soap up.
3) Turn on shower - rinse
4) Turn off shower - exit shower

Well, that's a possibility. I've drank the water and it taste fine and smells fine. Long as your not hooked on city water or bottled water it's probably fine. I would plan on bringing a gallon or two for coffee and so on.
Shower rules are OK, but naybe a little drastic. I have a 20 gallon H.W. Heater and it recovers quick. We just can't take 20 minute showere each or it will run out.

The small packages of flavorings sized for bottled water works real well too.

This is another thing I preach during our opening meeting, NO cig butts on the ground and everyone pick up after themselves. But we still have people on trash duty.

Are the deer going to be cut-up and put on ice @ camp so that the youth can stay the entire weekend?
If so. Are the mentors going to bring their butchering knives, saws, plastic wrap, ice chests etc...?
Do we have a place to dispose of carcasses & hides?

I think we can hang, skin and at least quarter the deer for the coolers. Everybody that plans on killing something needs to bring at least a cooler. Maybe some plastic bags as well. I wouldn't mind processing them if we have time, but it might be busy in the evenings with supper and all.
There is a processor in Vincennes, not sure if he'll be open that early? We'll have to go in town to check them.
I would imagine that there will be enough guys that know how to butcher that we should be ok.
I also have a grinder that I use if someone wants to grind the scraps or we can bag them up and they can do it later.
We probably need to discuss the options a bit on this???

We need to make sure that the young ladies have secure private time & space to feel comfortable using the shower & rest room.

The back bedroom has a shower/tiolet and can be used for the women. Two beds (twin) there and a couple of roll outs in storage.
