nothing big rack wise, actually a fat 5-point scrub buck .the jerky is going to be mighty tasty and i got another of the bad gene bucks out of my hunting area.i tell ya next year im investing in an atv ,the dragging is getting to be a bit much on the old body.i probably would have let him walk but his body size is what sold me to make a shot on him.good morning of hunting even though he wasnt a monster,it done alot for the old spirits.

Deerdude,
I feel your pain!!!! I'm tellin' everybody I'm waiting on "the big one", when in actuality, I really just don't want to drag one out. Just sitting in those stands for countless hours for the past month has taken its toll on my back.
Good shootin'

Congrats. I'm wonder if I really do want a Big Buck!? No ATV allowed where I hunt so it all dragging. Maybe next year I'll get a deer cart. But I sure would like the change to drag one out. Again congrats.
