My wife killed her first deer a couple of years ago with a bow it was a 7 pointer. That was one of my favorite hunts. It was so awesome to see her score. Last month I got to help her track a doe. It was her first doe and it was also a bowkill. She shot this doe at 25 yards and caught it just a little far back but caught the liver. She was excited and it was an experience I will never forget. I just can't seem to get her to gut her own deer or mine. She does help me skin them out and process them though.
