where can i get some drying compound to dry the extra meat of game im going to mount?

not quite sure I understand what you are asking. Maybe a little more explanation is in order. Extra meat? Are you mounting them or going to have them done professionally?

All the meat needs to be removed......not doing so will bring a ton of issues with rot and insect infestation. What kind of animal are you planning on mounting? There's way more to mounting a skin than just 'drying up the extra meat'..............
