The agenda for the July 14th meeting has been posted. If you want to see all the suggestions being submitted click on the "download related materials" and read them all...I did. There are some good ideas and some real whackos. I was stunned at the number of folks wanting to change the PCR to allow ALL high power rifles. Lots of crossbow comments also. Enjoy. www.in.gov/nrc/2334.htm Jack

Very interesting read. I am somewhat ashamed to admit I really don't know alot of how our gooberment works and I never knew that I could see that link or all the info in that link although with the world wide web I should have known better. Jack, thanks for all that you do here and for the sportsmen of this state. Woody, while I agree with most but not all of the items in the our list, a big thanks to you for your time compiling it and sending it in, very well put together! Informative, educational threads like this one are "learning" me the ropes and I hope to, as time goes on, get more involved in our legislative process.

You should. Some familar names in the crossbow section also. I only recognized 3 others besides myself in the crossbow section. The youth either sex deer got a lot of play though didn't it. Too bad that cant happen this year. I'd like to see a certain youngster bag one of those bucks Woodmaster posted pictures of.

I think we had about 100 members particpating in that process so the final result will not please everyone entirely. I'm pretty sure that everyone got one of their top 4 personal picks in the final top ten though.. That write up will go to the Legislative Summer Study Group too.
