I just looked at the weather map and the rain is not far away so no hunting tonight! If it rains all night like the weatherman says it will and then clears out in the morning it should be great hunting tomorrow morning. Its time for me to kill something and it will be the first doe with-in bow range. h.h.

It is raining pretty good right now in Warrick county..
A good chance of rain in the morning too.
I'm getting up and 3:30 CST and checking the weather. If the radar is clear I'm heading to Illinois..

I hunt in the rain every chance I get. I would be out there right now if I wasn't watching the kids. Great time to kill a big buck early.

Rain washes away a blood trail. Not a good thing in my opinion. Too many better days to hunt than in the rain. h.h.

On my way home just now........ I saw deer feeding in several different fields............ in the POURING RAIN! It doesn't bother them................... if it doesn't bother you! Tracking....................... is a different story though!

I'll do like Woody only not that early. Used to hunt the rain a lot and enjoyed it, now wont do it. Creaky joints are a pain.

I don't do anything in the rain anymore, used to when I was younger. I'd be afraid of the blood trail being washed out like HH said; no thanks.

I am sooooo glad to see the rain as it will knock off a lot of leaf cover & make it real obvious which scrapes are the most active.

As many others have said I would LOVE to hunt in the rain, but the chance of a blood trail being washed away scares me as well..
