I came home from work this afternoon to find an e-mail from Brad Herndon informing me of a turkey hunting seminar that he's hosting. I'm posting the details for him on the Big 3 Indiana hunting forums. Here are the specifics:
Turkey Hunting Seminar Saturday, March 21, 2009 6:30 PM
Driftwood Christian Church 5564 S. State Road 135 Vallonia, IN 47281 7 miles south of Brownstown on Highway 135
Discussions will be about mapping trophy toms, how to photograph turkeys (both alive and dead), and some interesting turkey biology. Anthony Moore, a master turkey taxidermist, will speak about how to prepare your harvested turkey for the taxidermist.
Many prizes will be given away, including ground blinds, turkey decoys, turkey calls, and more. A full meal will be provided to all attendees as well.
Total cost is $15 per ticket, and must be purchased in advance in order to know how many meals to provide. For ticket orders, please send funds to:
Brad Herndon 1838 E. State Road 250 Brownstown, IN 47220 (812)-358-3667

I went to Brads' last seminar, mapping trophy whitetails. The meal itself was worth the ticket price. Looking forward to this one as well.
