what is the age limit for being a youth in inidana, and kentucky? I think indiana is 18 and KY is 16

I have absolutely NO idea on Kentucky, someone else will have to answer that.
In Indiana, for the special youth hunts, they can be no older than 15 on the day of the hunt from what I'm seeing in a quick perusal of the rules and regs book.
For the Youth Consolidated Hunting and Fishing license: ".... for youth 17 and younger..... Youth hunting licenses are valid for that license year, even if the individual turns 18 during that year" They also need a Hunter's Ed card. Exception to that is the Apprentice license.
