There is an outfitter that leases a field adjacent to my property. There is a 15 acre woods 250 yards from my woods, a few trees less than 10 ft from my woods, and the rest is a chiseled plowed corn field. The outfitter, according to his website, has 13,000 acres of prime time whitetail habitat in the White county area, and he runs people through there every week, which I don't have a problem with because I can't do too much about it.
Well I went out there this weekend and there was a guy set up in one of the few trees right next to my woods. He was on the west end of the woods with an east wind, so it was blowing right out into the field, which is the only place he could legally shoot. Then with the field being chiseled, the deer were not using it all. So chances are the only deer he would have seen would have been back in my woods. When confronted he started by saying he wasn't going to shoot into the woods, then 5 minutes later he said he had permission to shoot into the woods. I went back out there that night on my side and sat up so I could watch him, and it turned out he didn't like to wear orange either. So I called the CO, and he alluded to the fact that this was not the first complaint about this outfitter and his clients. Apparently that is not the only fence row they like to set up on. Then my town sheriff said there was a big buck shot where they just took the head and left the body because it was too far to drag(couple hundred yards). The CO ended up waiting for him at his truck, and he didn't return the next day.

It sounds like you spend a lot of time trying to catch people doing something wrong instead of hunting. You also like to say "I heard" a lot. Anyone who views your posts can see that you have no idea what you are talking about when you use hillbilly language like that and you are just jealous of the local outfitter who borders your hunting. He probably leases the ground and from what I see has a very successful operation. Im sure that his out of state hunters wouldn't cut off a head in the field because you have to tag the deer. Also, they would need a deer tag for transportation and to show their taxidermist. Leasing or owning land is how you get permission to hunt also. The little kid approach or buying a farmer a cup of coffee is so transparent and cowardly. Haven't you ever heard the saying that you get what you pay for? As far as the fishing article, everyone makes mistakes in life including you and me. Its what we learn from those mistakes that makes us who we are. I hope to have maybe helped you here and Ill give you the benefit of the doubt by saying only time will tell.
