I hunted a couple days with Timex and a couple other guys from Kentucky this last gun season in Illinois. I really enjoyed hunting with these guys. They are all good hunters that hunt hard. This is one of the properties that Timex manages in Southern Illinois. This buck was taken this morning about 9:00 am.. A real good 9 pointer with good mass. It was his best buck so far and David was happy to say the least.. Congratulations to David and I’ll see these guys again during the muzzeloader season which starts this weekend. Only I’ll be there with my crossbow.

Great looking buck.
Unbelieveable how those bucks survive long enough to get that big with little cover in Illinois. Hopefully CRP will be around for a long time.

Very nice buck. Don't you love it when a plan comes together at the very end?
Ten sconds or less can change a disappointing hunt into a great hunt.
