I just bought a 50 Cal. Remington Genesis from Cabelas. They had a sale, plus a MFR's rebate, ended up paying about $120, including tax and shipping. Not a bad deal really. Never owned an in-line, but figured the price was right.
My question is, has anyone tried the Hornady FPBs in this gun? FPBs are a bore-diameter copper jacketed 350 gr. hollow base conical. No sabot required, like PowerBelts, but no plastic gas check. Primarily I'd like to know how the bullets loaded. Do they load easy, easier than PowerBelts, about the same as other bullets?
Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.

Since bore dimensions vary slightly by manufacturer, the only way to find out is try them.

The FPBs shot very well in the Genesis, 1" groups at 50 yds.
The only trouble I had with them was getting them started in the barrel. Seemed hard to get them centered. Once started, no trouble, slid right down even if I did not swab after every shot.
If anyone knows a tip for starting these bullets, I'm all ears.
