I am unable to bow hunt this year due to complications from a surgery - had a tumor taken out of my chest last December and spent nearly a month in bed. Apparently there is now quite a bit of scar tissue that has attached itself to muscle tissue then torn away...apparently tearing the muscles as well when they pulled away. So....no pulling a bow back these days for me.
Hope you all have a good and plentiful season!!!!

I was thinking a recently that you hadn't been around for a while - bummer! You'll hold your own come gun season though.

Single shooter, Sorry to hear about your surgery, i understand you cannot pull a bow to full draw but I bet you can push a button on a camera. You would be suprized by how much fun it is to go to your stands with a camera. Maybe you will develope a new hobby in wildlife photography.

I have a goal by next year to own a really nice digital SLR for just that purpose...but this year I bought the whole family motorcycles. So I m pretty much really broke for extra expenses.
And now we have 6 motorcycles and everyone rides...even my 17yr. old daughter who loves to pull up at school and work on her bike and see the looks she gets from the guys on their scooters...LOL

Wow! too bad about being out of commission. I know the feeling, I was there last year. Hang in there and hopefully you'll make up for it in the gun season.
