Can a kid that has not had hunter education hunt and shoot a deer, so long as they are directly accompanied by an adult?
A couple buddies and I were having a little debate about this last night.

Yes, under the use of an apprentice hunting license. If the youth is under 18 years of age, he/she can buy a youth apprentice hunting license for $7 and hunt within close proximity of a licensed hunter who is at least 18 years of age.
