That buck is probably close but not quite a P&Y. It will come down to the mass and that is just too hard to judge accurately while they are in velvet. If the area has light pressure and you know of other larger bucks I would let him walk.

The pic of the first deer, and I think thats the one your asking about. 110" to 115" at best.
