Evidently, an "elite tactical team" will be issued to each citizen, to be carried in convenient pocket size and deployed with lightning speed should the need arise. Liberals always have a cogent solution, we just aren't listening.  |

Something tells me, if you ask those kid's families and neighbors, that it isn't "acceptable" where it has happened.
How in the world do some of the dumbest people get into some of the most important jobs available in this Country? We need a stupidity strike out system for Politicians.
