Here are a couple pictures of a big buck that my dad had when I was younger. The antlers were sheds that he had mounted on a head. I am not sure where the sheds came from. My Dad sold the rack to give me and my sister a good Christmas when I was about 8 years old. I don't remember what I got that year, but I am pretty sure it wasn't anything as valuable as the rack. It is the biggest deer that I have ever seen in person.

Those are some nice antlers.. but it looks like the taxidermist took some liberties with the angles of the antlers.. I doubt that the spread was really that wide.. looks like it would have been taller and less wide and the antlers prolly laid back and turned in a little more by the pics...
Still an awesome set.. they would definately be worth a nice chunk of $$$ in today's times.

Huge buck.
I'm guessing it is an Indiana deer?

The buck would score well but not nearly 30 inches of circumferences on each side. Maybe a total of 40 inches on both sides total. (probably not that high)

A great buck regardless of the score.
Perhaps you could track it down and buy it back?
