Well, after 3 seasons and 6 different states, I am finally going to leave the best sounding call that I have ever made at home. This call was used to kill my nephews first bird the first time that I took it out and used on a friend from work's first bird today. Heck, don't hang up that call - pass it on to me. Maybe with a killer call like that I can be more than Woodmaster, the Turkey Slayer's dad. We need the details on that new killer call. What is it?

Dave & Woody, it is a purpleheart soundboard with glass surface. The pot is curly maple that I cut next to Carolin's Pizza up in Tennyson. I cut the wood about 4 years ago and have made some great sounding pot calls with it. My buddy up in Illinois (Larry Gresser @ Prairie Game Calls) made some great sounding boxes with it and said that it is one of the best sounding woods he has used.
