Joe Smith did a Full Mount Bear for me in 1986. Does any body know if he is still in the business?

He's still around. Can't tell you for sure where he is though. I've never used him for anything, but a guy I used to work with had used him a couple of years ago.
BTW, where in C'ville are you? I'm only about 15 minutes south of town, near Fincastle on 231.
