Tony Wright was gracious enough to stop by today and he green scored my deer for me. To my complete and utter amazement.. he came up w/ almost exactly what I came up with.. I came up with 152 1/8 gross and 148 2/8 net.. Tony came up with 152 3/8 gross and 148 2/8 net.. Who'd a thunk it? I just new he was gonna come up about 10" shy or something.. due to my stretched out tape.. Now I just gotta wait another month and I'll get him in the Hoosier Record Book.. Only regret is that I wish that I'd shot him w/ my bow But We'll work on that next year...

Just kiddin.. Hell yeah I'm mounting him. Biggest deer I've ever gotten. I just borrowed the rack from the taxidermist till he gets closer to needing it.

Awesome buck. I love the shape of the rack. I've seen some "big" deer that I really didn't like the shape of the rack but yours is awesome!

The man is mounting it. Don't let him fool you.
I'm the guy who talked to you about the youth shotguns about 1 week ago (for my wife). It was good talking to you.
See you soon.

How do you go about getting a deer entered in the Hoosier Record Buck Program?

First off.. thanx alot guys.. I really appreciate all the comments. I promise that I won't post about it anymore Woody Well I'll have to post pics of the mount when it's finished.. but that'll be a few months... Well I contacted Tony Wright... and he's an official scorer. He told me to get back in touch with him in a month and we'll get it officially scored after the 60 day drying period. Then he'll continue w/ the process of getting it entered for me. Has to be a minimum of 140 typical to be entered into the Hoosier book. Tony lives in New Castle.. and works in Greenfield.. if you're nearby.. then I'm sure that he'd be more than willing to help you out. I can get you his contact info if you'd like...
