My son is 13. he stands 5'3". I am 6'"2 and weigh 215ish. The deer mason shot weighed 300 hundred, and yes that is not a typo, before it was gutted. The antlers were also huge. I am not into the whoel"150" class bucks or what ever, but I know this: I had to clear every single thing out of my deep freeze to get the head and antlers to fit in it so it would close. Once the head was in, I had to stack frozen meat around it to get it all back in. This one is a taxidermist deer with no second thoughts. If he ever gets something bigger, the rest of his life, he's paying for it. I'll have pictures after Thanksgiving for all. oh yeah, I shot two does- big whoop!
