Shot my first bear ever on Monday morning. It was opening day or firearm season for deer, and I was sitting on my first watch of the day, and one of the guys said they seen a small bear go by them far off. Headed right to me. Few minutes later, I hear huffing and puffing and running, so I turn around to find a bear running right at me. I took this black bear with my Remington .30-06 Semi-Automatic. Pretty small bear, but oh well...still counts. I didn't have my camera with me when I shot her, so I'll have to get the field picture from the other guy who has has camera with him. I just took this picture of the bear hanging up, before I came home today. I came home tonight to wash and get more clothes, and take a shower. I'll be going back up to camp on Friday morning and staying up there untill November 18th Hope to get some deer, or maybe another bear ;D
