Last Saturday morning the dog was going wild in the back yard. I went out back to check and found about an 80 lb. baby bear in the yard. He jumped the fence and ran down the middle of the street for 2 blocks and then down the alley and disappeared. He has been sighted 5 more times in town and they still have not caught him. I hope they can catch him without having to put him down. We have a 3 strike rule in Colo. This is the 2nd time he has returned to town. 1 more and they will have to put him down.

Better hide those pic-i-nic baskets! I can't imagine seeing a bear in my back yard. Sounds cool to me, but probably isn't so cool in real life, especially if it's a big one! Tony Soprano had the same problem. ;D

It is a shame our legal system doesn't use the "3 strike rule" on the 2 legged scum.

Chances are if he's been there twice, he'll keep coming back.... Little bears grow up to be big bears!
