Wow! What a sight!
Something like that seems silly, but It would be easy to do, especially if you were hurrying or doing too many things at once. That's why even when all the repeated safety checks we do seem redundant, we need to remember there is a reason.

Had a buddy get to talking & loose his concentration while he was reloading his smokepole, and you guessed it. Launched & demolished a nice ram rod. Here's the kicker. He has done this "TWICE".
