Does anyone make their own snack sticks? I want to be able to make those as well.
The ones my processor did were really good and juicy. The looked to be in some sort of very thin edible casing and meat looked like it was ground finer than what use see in summer sausage. They are also cut to same length. It appears they're made real long then cut to length. These are about 3/4" round.
Is there any different about making these vs: summer sausage?
