This is suppose to be the original recipe for Buffalo Chicken Wings.
Cut wings into sections and deep fry with nothing on them until golden brown.
Mix a stick of melted butter and a bottle of Tabasco Sauce together in a big bowl. Add wings and stir to coat all of them. Use a bowl of Blue Cheese dressing for dipping sauce. h.h.

Just got done with dinner.... and man oh man were those wings great...... Ended up maing 3 different batches For me it was Chili powder, Tony's, black pepper, garlic, added to flour and a few drops of Daves Insanity hot sauce (and that was almost too much)... added to the egg.... double dipped once in flour (with spices) and then bread crumbs... Ate them with some bufflo wing bbq sauce
for my daughter it was a little garlic, a little cinnimon (to sweeten them up some) and single dipped ... she ate hers with ketchup
For my wife it was no breading (some new diet she is on) light coat of butter (to hold seasoning on) gralic, pepper, peprika, and italian seasoning
all 3 turned out great... maybe a little too good ... wife wants me t cook dinner from now on (yeah right)

I deep fry them until just crispy, then let simmer in a crock pot for an hour or so in what ever hot sauce you prefer. I like Texas Pete's Original Buffalo Wing Sauce. Use celery and blue cheese chunky dressing as a chaser, you'll need it.

I cheat and order the flour/seasoning mix from Hooters. I also use their sauces. 3 Miles extra sloppy.
