BBQ Pecans
INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon ketchup
2 dashes hot sauce
4 cups pecan halves
PREPARATION:
Melt butter in large saucepan or skillet. Add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup and hot sauce. Add pecan halves, stirring to coat well. Spoon into a lightly greased glass or nonstick baking dish; spread out in an even layer.
Toast at 400° about 15 to 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Turn out on paper towels and sprinkle with salt.

Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts
INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon seasoned salt
2 cans (5 ounces each) water chestnuts, drained
6 slices bacon, cut in thirds
2 tablespoons brown sugar
PREPARATION:
In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and seasoned salt. Add water chestnuts and let marinate for 60 minutes. Drain and wrap a slice of bacon around each water chestnut, securing with toothpicks.
Arrange on rack in broiler pan and broil about 4 inches from heat for 2 minutes on each side. Bacon should be crisp.

Sausage Apple Bites
INGREDIENTS:
2 1/2 cups baking mix
1 pound raw bulk breakfast sausage, hot or mild
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
2 tablespoons grated onion
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
2 medium apples, finely chopped (about 1/2 to 3/4 cup chopped finely)
PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients; knead until well blended. Form into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until browned; turn after 10 minutes. Makes about 3 dozen.
