Anybody got any recipes for wild turkey?
I've already cooked/fried up one breast, still have one left. I'm planning on stewing the legs and thighs (probably this fall/winter), but would like to marinate them beforehand. Any way to keep them from being chewy?

I would inject it with chicken broth and real butter like the commercial ones .

We injected one with Dale's marinade and fried it. It was the more popular marinade of the day.
