Slice breats thinly, into strips. Dip strips into marinade. Several of the Lawry's bottled marinates work well. Cajun, Carribean Jerk, or similar... then dip into flour. Back into marinade, and into flour one more time. Drop into hot oil, fry until outside is crispy. Great munchies.

Slice into strips, wrap strips around piece of jalapeno pepper. wrap w/ bacon. dip into barbeque sauce and put on hot grill. A few minutes on the grill- turn a couple more.... pop into mouth great with beer!

I just tried something new this year. I canned a few mallard and canada goose breast. All I can say is this is my new favorite way to prepare waterfowl. I made pot pie out of a quart. It was awsome. The meat could be just heated up, put in chilly, BBQ. Basically anything beef could be put in. A little time consuming to actually can but once it is canned you just have to heat to desired temp as it is ready to eat.

My cousin says he deepfrys ducks and they taste like beef. I've never had it yet so I don't know.
