Are there any boat dealers in the Terre Haute area that sell jon boats, trailers and all the goodies. Going down that way this weekend and thought I might pick up a new jon boat if I can find one.

Stieny as i recall you like to fish the strip pits too. Why not a two man bass boat as they are a lot more stable than a jon boat?

Depending on how you are going to get to TH, there's a boat dealer near Racoon Lake (not sure what the dealer's name is off the top of my head) that usually has a LOT of flat bottomed Lowe boats out front. Don't know about trailers and such...
This place is on the east side of the lake, right on US 36 on the south side of the road.

Got one at The Boat place near Racoon, that is the place danf is referring to. Went with a 14' extra wide, trailer, seats, electric motor and all the goodies.
raporter - I don't like those little two man bass boats, too tippy. The way me and my buddies jack around, stand up, pass stuff back and forth, etc. we'd have ..... man overboard.

Glad you found something. Give me a holler next time you are down this way, if you came down 231, you were within 1/2 mile of my house!
