Yaz You got it, Big C but south of beaver creek. Striper fishing in the snow, now thats dedication indianagooseman, my hats off to ya! Winter fishing for stripes has been kind of a secret but if you really want to catch some big ones it's a great time to fish. A bonus is that you can catch and release without the threat of killing the fish so in turn you can fish all day, add friends, a Coleman stove, bacon, eggs and deer steaks and it's the best time you can have on the water. We will be taking another trip about February if anyone wants to come.

A winter trip sounds like fun, I know Loshbaugh hunting preserve is near Norris, how about a combo hog hunt -striper fishing trip, that would be cool as well.

That is funny Yaz, I had several friends who went there and had a great time. What did your buddy not like about it?

If anyone is new to stripers or looking for a guide trip in Indiana, J&R Guide service www.patokaguides.com does a nice job.
