Hey guys I'm planing a trip to rend lake Oct. 13 and 14 does any one know anything about this lake? I like to bass fish and could use a pointer or two also I don't usually fish in the fall so if you have some fall fishing tips that would help too, thanks.

I can tell you I took my lovely lady there for a weekend a few years back, and it is a nice place. Wish I had some fishing info for ya, but all I can tell you is that I do remember that there is a winery close by if you want to sample some good tasting wines. And the Inn was quite comfortable. Use a jitterbug when the whipporwill starts in, and well after dark if it starts getting some action. Nothing is more fun than hearing a big bass take in a 1/2 bucket full of water along with a topwater bait. BOOOOSH!!! |
