My buddy called me yesterday... He took a 14-point buck that will score over 150". He said that he almost didn't go after oversleeping. After jumping numerous deer on his way to his stand he finally got to the tree and it was totally light outside. Once he climbed up he immediately grunted and crashed his antlers together, then pulled his bow up. No sooner than nocking an arrow did this 14-pointer come into view....grunting, kicking dirt, thrashing saplings all in view of my buddy.
The buck eventually worked his way within 20 yards and my buddy saw all the points....he counted 13 in his stand so he decided to shoot. He's been seeing 2 other bucks in the area that he says are near 200".....so he's really been holding out, but he couldn't resist a buck like this. He got a total pass through and it only ran 40 yards.
The buck's smallest point is over 3".....most of the points are 7" - 9". He said he cant get his hand around the bases.
He doesn't have a digital so I don't have a pic yet...he said when he gets his film developed he'll get a cd so he can e-mail me one. It's quite a buck from what he said...taken in the same region that we keep seeing these huge Ohio bucks taken in.

Ahhh man!!
He killed that 150 of yours.
I guess you'll just have to go over there and down one of those 200 inchers.
My congratulations to your buddy and good luck when you go over there.
