I was looking on ebay and came across this.
Look at item 330040649891.
All mine hang on a set of antlers and the ends are all locked in the seal.

If you look close at the pic, some of them haven't been clipped which means that they could be reused at a later date if you know what colors the DNR are using. Seen a guy at a check station get his butt reamed out by a CO for this, and they always clip them on the park hunts.

For a complete listing, see pages to 52 of this guide or go to www.wildlife.IN.gov . Before leaving the check station, you must affix the permanent seal to the carcass. The permanent seal must remain attached, until the carcass is placed in the custody of another person for processing or until the carcass has been processed and packaged. The deer head must remain attached to the carcass until the tag is attached and locked at the deer check station. WW - Bold and underlined emphasis is mine.

Where we check our deer in in southern Indiana they never walk out and clip them on,just hand em to us.I clip them on myself, but I have still saved all of them, might have a few more than sixteen. They are hanging on an old choker chain for a dog in the garage.

I don't remember what the color is this year.... I have a buddy that we hang all of our tags on one of the racks he has hanging in his garage... The object is to see how many deer we clean in has garage before we all die.... But then again those are only tags of his and his close friends and not anything he would buy off e-bay..... It just goes to show that if you put a nickle on e-bay and started an auction for it for $1 as a slightly used peice of currency someone would buy it.

I seen some of the old duck and goose leg and neck bands bring quite a bit cash on Ebay. The older ones are wort the most. People will collect anything it seems like.
