I have a couple of Cuddyback no flash cameras that my wife and kids got me last year for my birthday... Well the are awesome cameras and batteries last very well.. Anyway inside the camera there is a metal plate that has to sit just so to keep the batteries in contact so you can get power... This had gotten real sloppy, infact to the point I had to duct tape the batteries in... I looked around on the cuddyback site and sent them a e-mail explaining my situation... In less than 2 hrs I got a e-mail back from a customer service rep and said give me your phone muber or call me and I will see if I can help you.. 1 hour later he called and said send em back we will update the software and make em right or send you two news ones...no problem.. I just thought I would share... these guys are top shelf and that is how a company should be run.. I know they are a little pricey... but if it helps get customer service like that it was well worth it to me.. ;D

I agree.I like mine alot...When I get ready to buy a new one(this is the 4th year for mine and it's still working great) I'll go with the cuddiebacks again.
