Anyone have one? I have been lifting regularly and jogging several nights a week. I will start shooting the bow, daily whenever it gets out of the shop, and scouting the hilly country I hunt whenever possible.

I lift the remote control with my left hand and drink with my right and i make the kids jog to the fridge and get me another drink. ;D No work out for me i dont have any hills or very long walks to get to my stands.

Thats the same workout plan that landed me in the doctors office. It kinda slams you right to the floor when you hit 40 or so. Now that I can walk again, I'm gonna start walkin and or jogging at least an hour a day.Gonna pump a little iron too.

I "try" to do a medium intensity upper & lower body lifting routine 3 days per week year around, along with my job that requires daily lifting & about a 3/4 mile of walking per day. When the tempratures cool down I cut & hand split all of my firewood (15-20 rick) per year. At 50 this is about my old body can take to stay in shape. Ah, to be young, healthy, and pain-free again!
